Note:All final submissions of regular papers have to be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with over length page charge of USD 100 if accepted). IEEE Conference eXpress will not accept papers exceeding 7 pages.

Visa Letter Information

To obtain a visa letter to assist with your visa application so that you can attend IEEE ISPLC 2020, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Have a paper accepted (any kind of submission) to the IEEE ISPLC 2020
  • Are a tutorial/keynote speaker in the IEEE ISPLC 2020
  • Have registered and paid in full for IEEE ISPLC 2020

Participants of IEEE ISPLC 2020 can request their Visa Assistance Letters through the IEEE ISPLC 2020 registration process or from IEEE Communication Society directly. Please follow the instructions listed in Visa Assistance Request Form.

The entry requirements to visit Spain can be found at the website of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. The list of countries for which a VISA is required can be found in the following document (section I). You can also check with the Embassy or Consulate in your country about regulations for your nationality.
